Can I ask about one particular colleague?
Yes. In Empatyzer, choose the two-person icon in the left menu, then select the person above the chat. You can narrow the list by typing the person’s first name, surname, job title or email address.
Available people come from the currently selected organization and depend on their participation and privacy settings. Selecting the exact person gives Em the correct relationship context.
- Choose the two-person icon in the left vertical menu.
- Open the selector above the chat.
- Search by first name, surname, job title or email address.
- Select the correct person and then ask your question.
