What views are available for a selected team, department or group?
In Empatyzer, a selected group has five main views: “You compared with the team”, “Similarity Map”, “Personality Types”, “Organizational Culture” and “Motivators”.
Choose the three-person icon, select the relevant team, department, organization or project group above the chat, and then use the tabs on the right. Together the five views show different aspects of the same group rather than collapsing it into one score.
- Choose the three-person icon in the left menu.
- Select the group above the chat.
- Use the five tabs on the right to switch between relative position, similarity, types, culture and motivators.
