How do I start preparing a conversation in Empatyzer?
Choose the context first: the one-person icon for yourself, the two-person icon for a specific colleague, or the three-person icon for a team or other group. Then describe the real situation and what you need from the conversation.

Include the observable situation, your relationship to the person, the conversation’s objective and the part you find difficult. Mention any constraint that materially changes the conversation, such as a fixed decision or an earlier discussion that went badly.

Empatyzer's intended workflow is to ask about a real situation in ordinary language, not to build a technical prompt. Begin with enough context to make the issue specific, then clarify what is missing.

Yes. Use the one-person icon in the left vertical menu or choose the “About me” context above the chat. Em will then use your own profile as the main context, and the right side of the screen shows your personal profile.

In Empatyzer, the Advice view shows guidance for both people in the relationship, not only for the person asking. It can include what each person tends to appreciate, recommended ways of working together and what the two people have in common.

In Empatyzer, the Comparison view explains relative differences between you and a selected person, for example “you more often…, while this person…”. The result is relational: it describes the contrast between two particular people, not a permanent label attached to either person.

In Empatyzer, the “How can they help you?” view highlights areas in which the selected person has clearly stronger predispositions and may complement you. It can also point to other people in the organization who may be useful sources of help in a particular area.
