What does the group similarity map show?
In Empatyzer, the Similarity Map places people closer together when they are more similar across the characteristics included in the map and farther apart when they are more different. Each dot represents a person; your own dot has an additional ring.
Colors identify departments, and hovering can show a person's name and department when that person has not hidden their identity. The map is a lens on overall similarity and difference, useful for exploring communication, team patterns and diversity of perspective.
