How do I choose a team, department, company or project group?
In Empatyzer, click the three-person icon in the left menu and use the selector above the chat. The list can be scrolled and searched by the name of the collection.
After you select the collection, both Em's conversation context and the data on the right switch to that team, department, organization or project group.
- Click the three-person icon in the left vertical menu.
- Open the collection selector above the chat.
- Search or scroll to the team, department, company or project group.
- Select it to update Em and the right-hand views.
