Using Em in real conversations
Can Em help me prepare a conversation with someone who has not completed the Empatyzer assessment?
Short answer
Yes. Em can help even when the other person has not completed an assessment: describe how the person behaves or paste a message they sent, and Em works from your own assessment and the context you give.
This also works for people who are not in Empatyzer at all, for example someone from outside your organization. The person views (“Advice”, “Comparison”, “Remember” and “How can they help you?”) are available only for people you can choose above the chat: members of your current organization who have completed the required part of the assessment and have not turned off advice about themselves. Share only the details the conversation actually needs.
