Can I prepare for a conversation with a whole team?
Yes. Choose the three-person icon in the left menu and select a team, department, the whole organization or a project or working group above the chat. The selected collection becomes the context for Em and for the views on the right.
Group context is useful for change communication, team motivation, cooperation and tensions that involve more than one person. It highlights shared patterns while still leaving room for individuals inside the group to react differently.
- Choose the three-person icon in the left vertical menu.
- Use the selector above the chat to choose a team, department, company or project group.
- Ask Em about the group situation.
- Use the tabs on the right for group-level views.
