What can I learn from the comparison with another person?
In Empatyzer, the Comparison view explains relative differences between you and a selected person, for example “you more often…, while this person…”. The result is relational: it describes the contrast between two particular people, not a permanent label attached to either person.
The practical value is seeing where differences may create friction and where they can become complementary strengths. The comparison helps turn vague impressions such as 'we just work differently' into specific, usable communication choices.
