Official Empatyzer answer
What information should I include in a question to Em?
Include the observable situation, your relationship to the person, the conversation’s objective and the part you find difficult. Mention any constraint that materially changes the conversation, such as a fixed decision or an earlier discussion that went badly.
The more clearly you separate facts from interpretations, the more useful the preparation becomes: “the update arrived two days late” gives Em something concrete to work with, while “they do not care” is already an interpretation. Add only the third-party details that genuinely matter to preparing the conversation.
