How do I view one department in the Personality Types chart?
In Empatyzer, click the department in the legend to highlight or filter its pattern. You can also click a type icon to open its definition.
Highlighting a department makes its pattern easier to compare with the rest of the organization, while type definitions explain what each area of the chart represents.
- Open the three-person mode and choose the relevant collection.
- Open “Personality Types”.
- Click the department name in the legend to focus on that department.
- Click a type icon if you want its definition.
