How do I change the comparison in the Organizational Culture view?
In Empatyzer, use the comparison selector above the chart to choose the available reference, such as you versus company, team or department.
Changing the reference lets you compare your preferred culture with the selected company, team or department and examine how that preference relates to the culture people actually experience.
- Open the three-person mode and choose a collection.
- Open the “Organizational Culture” tab.
- Use the selector above the chart to choose the comparison that is available.
