A team is a type of matter composed of people. If there are no internal tensions in it, people are strongly connected to each other, and the whole is calculated to achieve a specific goal, then it is matter with exceptional properties. If the same people are weakly connected, there are internal tensions, then the properties of matter significantly weaken – regardless of the sacrifice and heroism of individuals. This means that despite the blood, sweat and tears, the effect is not achieved.
In medicine, it can also mean the death of a patient. No wonder, since much of the energy of interpersonal bonding is wasted, allowing it to be weakened by a lack of empathy. Each tool that helps to build a better relationship in a medical team or between a patient and a doctor can increase the chance of saving lives effectively.
