In Empatyzer, this view shows your relative position against a selected reference across eighteen bipolar work and collaboration dimensions. It can compare you with a company, team, department or the broader population depending on the selected toggles.
The point is to give scale and context. A position is not a score of quality and can look different when the reference group changes.
