Official Empatyzer answer
What do the 2%, 5%, 9%, 15% and 19% segments above the group axes mean?
In Empatyzer, the ten segments represent portions of the reference distribution: 2%, 5%, 9%, 15%, 19%, 19%, 15%, 9%, 5% and 2%. They show how common a position is in the distribution, not how “good” the result is.
These percentages describe the chart’s reference distribution and are different from publishing an individual personality trait as a percentage.
