What is a project group in Empatyzer?
A project or working group is a collection of people who work together even if they come from different departments or reporting lines. It can represent a cross-functional project team or, for example, a multidisciplinary group working together during a hospital shift.
It exists so the product can use the real collaboration context rather than forcing every analysis to follow the formal organization chart.
