Can I stay invisible to colleagues while using Empatyzer?
Short answer
Yes. You can keep using Empatyzer while hiding your name on the group maps and turning off advice about you for other users; these are two separate settings.
To hide your name, untick the visibility checkbox at the bottom of the “Similarity Map”, “Personality Types” and “Motivators” views; your dot stays in the anonymous distribution. To turn off advice, choose “Go to admin” → “Me” → “Preferences” and select “Do not show other users advice about me”. Your conversations with Em are private in any case. The organization owner and people with admin permissions still see your name, email address and whether you have completed the questionnaire, but not your answers.
