Empatyzer stores personal data on AWS infrastructure in the European Union. Where approved AI providers process prompts or generated responses, that processing is governed by the current privacy terms and the safeguards applicable to those providers.
This separates the main storage location from the processing needed to deliver AI functionality. For a formal privacy review, the current Privacy Policy and processor information are the authoritative sources for the specific services in use.
