Are my conversations with Em private from my employer?
Short answer
Yes. Your conversations with Em, the AI coach in Empatyzer, are private: your employer, managers, HR, organization administrators and other users cannot see your questions or Em's answers.
This lets you ask candid questions and prepare difficult conversations without anyone in your organization knowing what you asked. Organization administrators see the data needed to manage the organization, such as your name, email address and whether you have completed the questionnaire, but not your questionnaire answers or conversations. Group data is aggregated and appears only for groups of at least five people.
