Does Empatyzer sell my personal data?
No. According to its Privacy Policy, Empatyzer does not sell personal data. It entrusts personal data to service providers it needs to run the product, such as hosting, AI, sign-in and payment providers.
OpenAI and Anthropic receive the information needed for some AI features and do not use data submitted by Empatyzer to train their models. Google, Microsoft or LinkedIn handle sign-in if you choose them, and Stripe handles card payments; Empatyzer does not store card details. Providers of email and communications, accounting, legal and technical services may also receive data. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under GDPR safeguards, such as European Commission adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses, while Empatyzer stores personal data on servers in the European Union.
