  1. How do I open my microlearning plan in Empatyzer?

    Click the open-book icon in Empatyzer’s left vertical menu. The chat column disappears and the “Knowledge prepared for you” screen opens with your module plan and statistics.

  2. What is the difference between Empatyzer’s Tuesday and Thursday micro-lessons?

    Empatyzer’s Tuesday lesson is about you: it builds self-awareness and shows how to understand and regulate your own tendencies. The Thursday lesson develops soft skills: communication and cooperation with the people around you.

  3. What is in the Empatyzer email about a new micro-lesson?

    Empatyzer’s email about a new micro-lesson contains a short teaser and a link to the lesson, which you read in the app.

  4. Why is a micro-lesson locked in Empatyzer?

    A padlock on an Empatyzer micro-lesson means it has not been released yet, not that something is wrong. Lessons are released two a week, on Tuesday and Thursday, rather than all at once.

  5. Why can my Empatyzer microlearning plan change over time?

    Empatyzer recalculates your microlearning plan when your context changes, for example your department, direct manager, team or the people around you. Lessons that are no longer relevant can disappear, and newly relevant ones can be added.

  6. Does my Empatyzer microlearning progress carry across organizations?

    Yes. Empatyzer ties lesson progress to you, not to one organization: if you open, read or pass a lesson in one organization, it keeps that status in your other organizations and is not offered again as new.

  7. How do I use micro-lessons and Em together?

    You read micro-lessons on your own: the lesson screen has no chat, and Em, the AI coach in Empatyzer, is not meant to answer quiz questions for you. Afterwards, she can explain a lesson's idea or help you apply it in a real conversation.

  8. What do the lesson status icons mean in Empatyzer?

    In the lesson list, Empatyzer marks status as follows: no mark means not opened yet, a gray mark means read but not passed, a dark-purple mark means passed, and a padlock means still locked.

  9. What statistics do I see on the Empatyzer microlearning home screen?

    The Empatyzer microlearning home screen shows completed and passed modules, new lessons and a “You and the team” section comparing the share of lessons you have read and passed with your team’s average and record.

  10. What does the right-hand panel show inside an Empatyzer micro-lesson?

    Inside an Empatyzer micro-lesson, the right-hand panel shows your progress in the current module: lessons read and passed. Expanded details add counts of assigned, opened and read lessons, answer attempts and passes, for the module and for your whole plan.

  11. Why is an Empatyzer quiz question about an earlier lesson, not the one I am reading?

    Empatyzer’s quiz questions are designed for active recall: they deliberately check earlier lessons or how well you know your own traits, instead of asking you to repeat the text on screen.

  12. What do the comparison percentages in an Empatyzer micro-lesson mean?

    The percentages in an Empatyzer micro-lesson show what share of people in your team, your whole organization and the broader population are similar to you in a given respect. They tell you how typical or distinctive that pattern is in each group.

  13. What do active, completed and locked modules mean in Empatyzer microlearning?

    In Empatyzer’s microlearning plan, an active module is available now, a completed module is one you have finished, and a locked module, marked with a padlock, has not reached its release time yet.
