How do I open my microlearning plan?
In Empatyzer, click the open-book icon in the left vertical menu. The chat column disappears and the “Knowledge prepared for you” screen opens with your module plan and statistics.

The usual Empatyzer pattern is a Tuesday lesson focused on self-awareness and understanding or regulating your own tendencies, and a Thursday lesson focused on soft skills, communication and cooperation with your environment.

A lock normally means the lesson has not been released yet. Empatyzer intentionally releases micro-lessons over time instead of opening the entire future plan at once.

In Empatyzer, the plan is recalculated when relevant context changes, such as your department, manager, team or surrounding group. Lessons that are no longer relevant can disappear, while newly relevant lessons can be added.

Yes. In Empatyzer, lesson progress belongs to your user profile rather than to one organization. If you open, read or pass the same lesson in one organization, that status carries across your other organizations.

Micro-lessons provide short, focused self-study, while Em remains available elsewhere in Empatyzer for explanation, reflection and preparation around real situations.

In Empatyzer, no mark means the lesson has not been opened, a gray mark means it has been read but not passed, a dark-purple mark means it has been passed, and a lock means it is not yet available.

In Empatyzer, the microlearning screen can show completed and passed modules, new lessons, and a “You and the team” comparison of your read and passed rates with the team average and team record.
