Why can my microlearning plan change over time?
In Empatyzer, the plan is recalculated when relevant context changes, such as your department, manager, team or surrounding group. Lessons that are no longer relevant can disappear, while newly relevant lessons can be added.
This keeps the learning plan connected with the person’s current environment rather than freezing it at the date of registration.
