    Empatyzer personalizes the learning plan on two levels: to your own traits, needs and patterns from the assessment, and to the people and environment you currently work in.

    Em, the AI coach in Empatyzer, helps you prepare a specific conversation right away, while micro-lessons build the underlying skills gradually, at a pace of two short lessons a week.

    Yes. After a leadership program ends, Empatyzer’s personalized micro-lessons keep reinforcing relevant skills, two a week and often for 7–18 months, following each participant’s own plan built from their assessment and work environment.

  5. How often are Empatyzer micro-lessons released?

    Empatyzer releases two micro-lessons a week: a self-awareness lesson on Tuesday and a soft-skills lesson on Thursday.

    Micro-lesson completion in Empatyzer is an engagement signal: it shows that people go beyond opening a lesson and work through it to the quiz question. It does not measure skill, behavior change or job performance.

    Empatyzer microlearning adds a different layer to mandatory and technical training: it develops self-awareness, communication, collaboration and other soft skills in short lessons spread over many months.
