What statistics do I see on the microlearning home screen?
In Empatyzer, the microlearning screen can show completed and passed modules, new lessons, and a “You and the team” comparison of your read and passed rates with the team average and team record.
The team comparison is a light gamification layer around learning activity. It can show how your reading and completion compare with the team average or record and what you would need to do to move ahead, without exposing private conversations.
