Stressful work increases the risk of a cardiovascular event by 38%

Slopen, N., Glynn, R.J., Buring, J.E. , Lewis, T.T. , Williams, D.R. , Albert M.A. :Job strain, job insecurity, and incident cardiovascular disease in the Women's Health Study: results from a 10-year prospective study, PLoS ONE, 2012; 7(7): e40512

Even the occasional stress related to bad relationships, watching such situations or even replaying them in your mind causes an increase in the level of cortisol – a hormone, the excessive secretion of which increases obesity risk, among other things.

Interrupting the conversation, not focusing on the topic, ostentatiously leaving the room, pointing out flaws and quirks, constantly scolding and reminding of the role and function performed, pointing the finger at the guilty and claiming victories – these are just some of the activities that, in addition to extinguishing the employee’s commitment, also cause purely physical problems: they destroy health.

The ability to empathize with the needs and emotions of another person requires practice and concentration. It cannot be solved with point-based training. This requires daily impulses similar to normal communication.
