There is no business success without very good specialists, and an organization has no chance of retaining such specialists without empathy. At the same time, leaders, starting from the head of a team of several people, through lower, middle and senior managers, and ending with the CEO, rarely acquire such skills. Empathy was not among the conditions to be met when they assumed their current positions and, similarly, when they developed professional skills and took over the reins of the team or the entire company.
Now, the situation is starting to change and requirements are changing too. Any tool that allows them to adapt more easily can improve their situation and change the course of the history of the organization in which they work is beneficial.
