Additionally, when someone talks a lot, it takes up communication bandwidth and whether you like it or not, you have to listen to them. Everything seems to be fine. However, there are people who feel overwhelmed by such behavior.
Therefore, i’s worth remembering that instructions on how to talk to others may also be needed (or perhaps primarily) by people who seem to be created for communication, because they talk all the time. Meanwhile, such behavior can be unempathetic and lead to negative consequences. When someone is not using the correct communication protocol, their speech can be nothing more than an irritating hum to the other party.
