Ambition is one of those qualities that we greatly respect, and the goal itself is undoubtedly worth emulating. At the same time, it is very difficult – and we like the challenge. It just so happens that this is exactly the same goal that guided us when we thought about creating our solution. We turned thoughts into actions and that’s how Em was born.
We assumed that in order to get through to someone, you must first get past their natural opposition to you. If you succeed, the next step will be easier. Adapting to the communication expectations of the other side significantly increases the chances of mission success. So using a little or a lot of detail, engaging in small talk or getting straight to the point, or perhaps speaking loud and firm, or being friendly vs. addressing someone formally. There are so many options and this is just the tip of the iceberg. Em helps you choose the best strategy for each person.
