How do I open the Similarity Map?
In Empatyzer, choose the three-person icon, select the relevant group above the chat, and open the “Similarity Map” tab on the right.

In Empatyzer, shorter distance means greater overall similarity across the characteristics included in the map; greater distance means greater difference. The map is a two-dimensional projection intended to make relative similarity easier to see.

In Empatyzer, colors identify departments, while your own dot is marked with an additional ring. Hovering over a visible person’s dot can show their name, surname and department when their privacy setting allows identification.

In Empatyzer, when a group is large enough, the legend can show an internal similarity percentage for a department. It describes how similar the group is within the map’s measured characteristics; it is not a performance, engagement or team-quality score.
