What should a hospital board see in an Empatyzer pilot report?
A strong pilot report should show who participated, how quickly people activated, how often they used Em and microlearning, what users said about value and privacy, and what competence or collaboration measures changed during the pilot.
It should also explain the pilot scope, the use cases that worked best, implementation lessons and any operational indicators agreed in advance. That gives the board a decision-ready picture of adoption, value and what scaling would require.
