What should we measure during an initial pilot?
Measure whether the intended people can access Empatyzer, complete the relevant starting steps, find a useful first application and return for real conversations.
Add feedback on relevance, time required and administrative effort, then define the population and observation period before the pilot starts. Use the measures available in the product together with any additional evaluation the organization chooses, while keeping private conversation content separate.
