What should plant HR report to management after a pilot?
Report the pilot as a decision package: participation and activation, recurring Em use, microlearning engagement, user recommendation and satisfaction, privacy understanding, the strongest use cases and the main implementation lessons.
Add competence or operational measures that were defined before the pilot when they are genuinely relevant. The goal is to show management what people used, what value they reported, what changed and what a larger rollout would need.
