How do I focus the Motivators view on one department?
In Empatyzer, click the department in the legend to filter or highlight that department’s pattern in the Motivators view.
This makes it easier to see which dominant needs are concentrated in that department and how its pattern differs from the wider organization.
- Choose the three-person mode and the relevant collection.
- Open the “Motivators” tab.
- Click a department in the legend to focus the view.
