How do I open my own profile in Empatyzer?
Choose the one-person icon in the left vertical menu or select the “About me” context above the chat. The right side then opens your personal “Talents and traits” profile view.

You can ask about your reactions, motivations, demotivators, internal tensions, talents, decision patterns, development needs, work environment and why certain situations or people affect you strongly.

The personal profile home screen includes a welcome card, a “Your results on charts” card and thematic cards such as motivations, internal tensions, teamwork, leadership style, how you act, how you think, creativity, resilience, work culture, values and demotivators.

Empatyzer can show a different set and number of thematic cards depending on the user’s profile. The cards are not a fixed checklist that everyone receives in exactly the same order.

In Empatyzer, a small pulsing dot in the upper-right corner of a profile card marks unread content. A checkmark marks content that has been read, and hovering can show the status tooltip.

In Empatyzer, use the left and right arrows to move between subcategories, or select a subcategory from the list. Use the small X in the upper-right area to close the expanded profile card.

A neutral dot describes a characteristic or mechanism, a plus marks a potential benefit, and a minus marks a possible cost, risk or tension. The symbols describe how a characteristic can operate in context; they do not grade the person.

Because every characteristic can create advantages and costs depending on the role, goal, environment and people involved. The same tendency can be a strength in one situation and call for adjustment in another.

Empatyzer normally uses one assessment profile across the organizations you belong to. In the Admin “Surveys” section, the system shows whether and when you are eligible to complete a new assessment.
