  1. How do I open “Your results on charts” in Empatyzer?

    Open your own Empatyzer profile with the one-person icon and click the “Your results on charts” card; the view has four tabs (Words, Talents, Motivations and Types), and the X in the upper-right corner closes it.

  2. What do the gaps between items in Empatyzer’s “Your results on charts” mean?

    In the Words, Talents and Motivations tabs of Empatyzer’s “Your results on charts”, the gaps and dots between the numbered bars show the relative distance between consecutive results, not missing data.

  3. Why do I have more or fewer Words than someone else in Empatyzer?

    The number of Words in Empatyzer depends on how distinct a person’s profile is, so one person may have only a few words and another more than twenty.

  4. What does the Talents tab in Empatyzer show?

    The Talents tab in Empatyzer ranks about thirty named predispositions from the strongest down and separates your strongest talents from supporting ones, showing which kinds of action come to you relatively naturally.

  5. What does the Motivations tab in Empatyzer show?

    The Motivations tab in Empatyzer shows sixteen needs that describe what matters to you, what moves you to act and what can demotivate you, and it separates your key motivators from supporting ones.

  6. What does the Types tab show in my Empatyzer results?

    The Types tab in Empatyzer uses situational typologies to name your predispositions, for example your likely role in a startup team (hacker, hustler or hipster) or your way of creating products, making decisions or building practical solutions.

  7. Why should I check Empatyzer’s definitions instead of guessing from a label?

    Because Empatyzer’s labels, such as the names of talents and motivators, are shortcuts, and the definition used in the product can be narrower than, or different from, the everyday meaning of the word.

  8. Does the order of my Empatyzer results mean that lower items are unimportant?

    No. Empatyzer orders the Words, Talents and Motivations lists from the most to the least characteristic, but items lower down can still describe you to some degree.
