What does the Motivations tab show?
In Empatyzer, the Motivations tab shows sixteen needs that describe what matters to you, what can energize action and what can demotivate you. It distinguishes key and supporting motivators and can show them on understandable opposing axes.
Use the Empatyzer tooltip definition for a motivator rather than relying on everyday associations with the name.
