    Empatyzer was created by Piotr Golczyk, a manager with nearly twenty years of experience managing people. He wanted practical psychological support to be available at the moment someone prepares a real conversation, not only during training or in a report.

    The name Empatyzer combines empathy with the idea of a tool that makes empathy practical. Its first two letters spell “Em”, the name of the AI coach inside the product.
