What assessment and development experience informed the creation of Empatyzer?
Before creating Empatyzer, Piotr Golczyk had worked with a broad range of established assessment and development approaches, including PI Behavioral Assessment, CliftonStrengths, Everything DiSC, MBTI, Hogan Personality Inventory, Insights Discovery, Lumina Spark and Reiss Motivation Profile.
That experience sits alongside nearly two decades of managing people. Empatyzer takes a different product approach: it combines deep personal and relational context with Em’s support at the moment of a real conversation and personalized learning over time.
