The Empatyzer assessment describes work- and relationship-relevant patterns such as personality tendencies, motivations, cognitive and affective empathy, collaboration preferences, cultural preferences and other characteristics used for development.
It provides a development-oriented picture of likely preferences, reactions and patterns that matter in work and relationships. Clinical or medical diagnosis is a separate domain; Empatyzer uses its assessment to support self-understanding, communication and collaboration.
