What are the different assessment views for?
Empatyzer presents the profile through several practical views rather than one overall score. In the “Your results on charts” card, the four tabs are Words, Talents, Motivations and Types; other cards cover topics such as motivations, internal tensions, teamwork, leadership style, thinking and resilience.
The exact set of thematic cards can differ between users. The point is to make different parts of the profile understandable in context rather than compress a person into one label.
