How Empatyzer complements other tools
Is the Empatyzer assessment based on MBTI, DiSC or CliftonStrengths?
Short answer
No. The Empatyzer assessment is not MBTI, Everything DiSC or CliftonStrengths. Founder Piotr Golczyk worked with these tools earlier in his career, but they are not part of the product.
Empatyzer measures personality with a scientific, multi-dimensional model and also covers motivators, cognitive and affective empathy and work-culture preferences. Its Talents follow Empatyzer’s own definitions, and results describe a mix of tendencies rather than one fixed type. The assessment is non-clinical, language-adapted and normalized on a sample of more than 3,000 working-age adults.
