What is my personal organization in Empatyzer?
Empatyzer automatically creates a personal organization during registration, initially named after the user. It gives you a separate private context and can be renamed; you can invite up to three people free of charge.

Yes. You can belong to an employer organization, your own personal organization, private organizations created by other people, and additional organizations you create or manage.

You usually complete the Empatyzer assessment once and use the same personal profile across the organizations you belong to.

You can join through an email invitation or an invitation link. After joining, the organization becomes one of the contexts you can switch to in Empatyzer.

In Empatyzer, open the top-right photo or initials menu, expand an organization you manage and choose “Invite team — click and copy link”. You can also use the Admin Organizations view and the “Invite user” control or the Invite action on an organization card.

You can change an organization's name later. The business or private/family organization type is chosen during setup and stays fixed, so it is worth selecting the type that matches how the group will actually be used.

Open the top-right menu, expand the organization you want to use for learning and select “Receive email notifications”. Empatyzer uses one selected organization for these notifications so users in several organizations are not flooded with duplicate lesson emails.

In Empatyzer, the available people, teams, departments, project groups and comparison views change to the selected organization. Your underlying personal profile and your personal lesson progress remain connected with your account.

Open Admin → Organizations and use the control for creating a new organization. During setup, choose the organization type and complete the available profile information.

In Admin → Organizations, find the organization you belong to and use the available “Leave” action if your role permits it. Leaving someone else’s organization is different from deleting the organization or deleting your Empatyzer account.
