What happens when a subscription is cancelled?
In Empatyzer, the current terms distinguish cancellation of renewal from access during the paid period. Deleting an account does not by itself cancel an organization's paid subscription.
Cancellation stops future renewal according to the applicable terms while paid access continues for the period already covered. Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate actions so the organization can manage each deliberately.
