    Yes. Empatyzer's Free plan has no time limit: an organization on it can have up to three users in total, and one user can create up to five organizations on the Free plan.

    A paid Empatyzer plan is bought for a business customer, such as a company or institution, by a person authorized to buy on its behalf, and it covers the one organization it is assigned to.

  10. What happens when an Empatyzer subscription is cancelled?

    Cancelling an Empatyzer subscription stops its next renewal: the organization keeps access to the paid plan until the end of the billing period already paid for, and cancelling alone does not refund a period that has already begun.

  11. How much does Empatyzer cost for our headcount?

    Empatyzer's price depends on the number of seats, the currency and monthly or annual billing; when you buy in the app, the price, scope and billing period are shown in your organization's “Plan” section before you order.

    Empatyzer needs no HR-system or identity-provider integration to get started: people join by email invitation or link and sign in with email and password, Google, Microsoft or LinkedIn.

    The total cost of an Empatyzer rollout includes the paid plan for your organization, any optional purchase such as the one-time Organization DNA report, and your own coordination, privacy and procurement work.

    No. Empatyzer’s paid plans are offered only to business customers, such as companies, institutions and other organizations, not to consumers. As a private person, you can use the Free plan with no time limit.
