How do I add, verify or remove an allowed email domain?
In Empatyzer, open the organization-management panel and choose “Domain”. An authorized owner can add, verify and remove the email domains that are allowed for the organization.
If verified-domain access is required, people can join only with an address from one of the approved domains. The rule controls admission to the organization; it does not change access to users’ private conversations or profiles.
- Open Admin and manage the relevant organization.
- Choose “Domain” in the left menu.
- Add, verify or remove an allowed domain using the available controls.
- Confirm the organization’s domain requirement before inviting users.
