# How do I set up Empatyzer for my team or company?

Create an Empatyzer account, set up a business organization, invite people by email or link, and let each person complete the assessment. A simple start can take under an hour.

An organization on the Free plan can have up to three users in total, with no time limit; to add more people, buy a paid plan for the organization in “Plan”, where the price, scope and billing period are shown before you order, or ask the Empatyzer team for an individual offer. Em and micro-lessons are available right away, without day-long training or a program built by HR. Choose the organization type carefully, because it cannot be changed later. Larger rollouts with a department structure and many invitations take longer.

## Steps

1. Register with email and password, Google, Microsoft or LinkedIn; your personal organization is created automatically.
2. Click your photo or initials, choose “Go to admin”, open “Organizations”, use “Create new organization” and choose the business type.
3. Invite people: in the photo or initials menu, expand the organization and choose “Invite team — click and copy link”, or use “Invite user” in “Organizations”.
4. Optionally, in the organization management panel, add your departments and add and verify your company’s email domain in “Domain”.
5. Each person completes the assessment, usually in 25–35 minutes, and sees their results immediately, with Em and micro-lessons ready to use.
