# How can I exercise my GDPR rights in Empatyzer?

To exercise your GDPR rights in Empatyzer, write to em@empatyzer.com, the contact address of the data controller, EMPATYZER sp. z o.o. You can also delete your account yourself at any time.

Depending on the legal basis of processing, you can request access to your personal data, its rectification or erasure, or restriction of processing; where applicable, you can also request data portability or object to processing. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To delete your account, choose “Go to admin” → “Me” and use the option at the bottom of the page; deletion cannot be undone. You can also lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych).
